Robin grew up in rural Minnesota as part of a large, extended family made up of educators and business owners. Her interest in long term care is rooted in personal experience.
Robin’s family promised to care for her grandmother at home on the farm during her two year battle with cancer. Over the course of those two years, five siblings, their spouses and families took turns working to keep that promise to her grandmother. Robin experienced first-hand the consequences of honoring that promise…and the toll it took on the family.
Consequently, Robin has a great deal of empathy for those in similar circumstances. She is a part of the generation that often has to juggle taking care of parents and kids as well as work, and so she well understands the need for long term care insurance.
Robin appreciates the opportunity to use both her business and educational skills assisting clients. Everyone wants to make the best decision possible for themselves and their family – and Robin’s goal is to help them do that in an informed way. She brings a wide variety of experience spanning both the financial services and health care industries. She works with individual clients as well as small and large groups.
Robin graduated from the University of Minnesota Morris, with a double major in Business & Business Economics. She holds the CLTC designation (Certified in Long-Term Care).
Her mission is to provide information, thoughtful counsel and exceptional service to her clients and their families.
